How we handle the details you send us through this website.
Last updated October 2026
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle and message.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, quote and book your work, and contact you about your vehicle. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox through a form service. That service processes the message only to deliver it to us.
Keeping it safe
We keep enquiries in our business email and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it.
Cookies and statistics
We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this website.
